How to Add a Legal Basis to a Workflow Data Source Table

You can set a legal basis right in the workflow itself and you're ablo to set a general basis for the whole table or you can set a specific basis for a column.

To do so, head over to Workflow.

  1. Click the arrow to open up a specific table.

  1. In here you can set the legal basis. If you enter the basis into the grey area it will change the basis for every column in this table. If you choose the basis in the other boxes, these will be specifically tied to that column.

How to Classify Data as Internal / External

You can classify data as internal / external right in the workflow itself and you're ablo to set a general classification for the whole table or you can set a specific classification for a column.
