How to Create a Webform

How to Upload an Image to the Webform

You can show an image and a favicon on the webform if you choose to.

  1. Click on Webform in the navigation panel.

  1. Deactivate the webform. You need to do this to be able to edit the webform.

  2. Click on the arrow to open up the webform.

  1. This is the overview.

  2. Now to upload an image click on upload in image.

  1. Choose the image and the favicon you want to upload. Additionally you can set a color scheme for your webform.
  2. Click on save.
  3. Reactivate the Webform

Now this image and the favicon will be shown to the customer on the webform.

How to Add Mtan, Ldap and Password Verficitaction

How to add Mtan

  1. Click on Webform in the navigation panel.

  1. Deactivate the webform. You need to do this to be able to edit the webform.

  2. Click on the arrow to open up the webform.

  1. Click on Mtan. A new popup will appear.

  1. In here you need to fill in the required data.

    Note: A Twilio account is required to add a Mtan. If you dont have an account you can create one using this link: https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio

  2. Test the connection.

  3. Click on create.

  4. Reactivate the webform.

  5. You've successfully added a Mtan Verification.

How to Add Ldap

  1. Click on Webform in the navigation panel.

  1. Deactivate the webform. You need to do this to be able to edit the webform.

  2. Click on the arrow to open up the webform.

  1. Click on Ldap. A new popup will appear.

  1. Fill in the required data.

  2. Test the connection.

  3. Click on create.

  4. Reactivate the webform.

  5. You've successfully added a Ldap Verification.

How to Add a Password

  1. Click on Webform in the navigation panel.

  1. Deactivate the webform. You need to do this to be able to edit the webform.

  2. Click on the arrow to open up the webform.

  1. Click on Password. A new popup will appear.

  1. In here you can choose between Auto and Own Password.

    Auto Password: The computer generates a password for the customer.

    Own Password: The user can create a password.

  2. Click on close.

  3. Reactivate the webform.

  4. You've successfully created a Password Verification.

Technical

In the Webform overview you can also see the Hostname and the Port as seen in the screenshot below.

If you click on one of these you can edit them.

Note: They can only be edited by an Admin.
