How to Add a Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  1. Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on Compliance Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab and then choosing the Legal Notices panel and scrolling down.

  1. Fill in the required data.

  2. Click Save

  3. If you don’t have a Data Protection Officer and you’re in need of one click on the button and you’ll be sent to our website!

  4. You’ve successfully set up the Data Protection Officer

How to Add Legal Notices

  1. Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on Compliance Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab and then choosing the Legal Notices panel and scrolling down.

  1. You can either choose the upload notice file or the small arrows to fill in your data.

  1. Choosing the upload notice file option will open up this popup where you can select the file and click upload.

  1. Choosing the arrow option, those boxes will open up where you can enter all the required data.

  2. Don’t worry if you chose to upload a file and you later want to edit them, you can as the information stored in the file will be in those boxes. This also means you can upload a file and add information which is missing.

  1. The last box will open up a dropdown menu in which you must select your data protection authority.

  2. You’ve successfully set up the Legal Notices.

How to Set Up Notification Times

  1. Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on Compliance Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab.

  1. Fill in the required data.

  2. For the Overdue Cases Notification you can choose your preferred option from a dropdown menu. You can choose between 3, 7 and 14 days prior to being overdue.

  3. After entering the options, press Enable Notifications to enable them.

  4. After being done click Save.

  5. You’ve successfully set up your Notifications.

How to Activate the Messenger Option

  1. Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on Compliance Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab and then choosing the messenger panel.

  1. Fill in the data.

Notes: The chat agent name will be name which will be visible to the customer.

The messenger availability after option will determine after how many days after the request was sent the messenger option will appear on their end.

Messenger availability toggles if the messenger option should be turned on or off.

  1. Click save.

  2. You’ve successfully set up the Messenger Option.
