Summary: This article will help you set up your IT Settings by explaining every bullet point seen on the Dashboard.

Step1_Overview

How to Set Up System Time Zone

1: Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on IT Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab.

2: Using the highlighted dropdown menu you can choose your time zone.

3: Press save before switching the tab!

4: You’ve successfully set up your Time Zone.

How to Set Up LDAP

What is LDAP? LDAP stands for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol and is a software protocol enabling anyone to locate organisations, individuals, and other ressources such as files and devices in a network.

1:Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on IT Settingsin the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab and scrolling down to LDAP.

2: Fill in the fields with your data.

3: Test your connection with the test buttom.

4: Click Save on top of the panel.

5: You’ve successfully set up the LDAP.

How to Set Up Users

  1. Click on the highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on IT Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the Users tab.

  1. Click the add user button. This will open up a pop-up looking like this (blank fields):

3: In this pop-up you must enter all necessary data and choose a specific role for a user. Use the Screenshot above as reference.

4: Click create user. Congrats you’ve created a new user.

6: You can edit a user by clicking the pencil icon under actions.

Note: You can look for specific users using the panels to filter them.

7: You’ve successfully set up the Users and know where to edit them.

How to Set Up Technical Contact Info

1: Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on IT Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the general tab.

3: Click save on top of the panel.

4: You’ve successfully set up the Technical Contact Address.

How to Connect a Mail Server

1: Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on IT Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the mail server tab.

  1. Fill in the required data.

3: In the dropdown menu you must select the encrytion method used by the server.

4: Before saving use the test option to test if the server is set up correctly.

5: You’ve successfully set up your Mail Server.

How to Upload Your SSL Certificates

1: Click on the link highlighted in the picture above. Alternatively, you can click on IT Settings in the navigation panel and then clicking the SSL/TSL tab.

2: To make the DPMS accessible securely via https please upload valid certificates for the domain under which the DPMS will be accessed. For properly changing DPMS certificates, either API or Frontend ones, two files with specific formats .cert and .key need to be uploaded.

Certificate files (.cert & .key) uploaded to the API box will provide encryption for the management interface that you and your colleagues will be using.

Certificate files (.cert & .key) uploaded to the frontend box will provide encryption for the customer facing part.

Step1_SSL

3: You can either drag & drop files in the boxes or use the browse button to select the specific certificates.

4: Click Save

Warning! Once API and/or Webform certificates are uploaded and the changes are successfully saved, the system will be automatically restarted after about 3 seconds!
